Williams' parents divorced at the age of a girl. Williams was born within Tribeca Manhattan by her mother after being raised by her father. She was raised in Queens by her father, a firefighter. She was educated in Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran in the field of manicuring who has not ever been content with just nails that look the same. Her natural, healthy style and determination to create nails with vibrant colors have always stood out. Angel she is out of New York enjoys her meticulous nature which makes her a valuable asset for commercial and editorial projects fashion runways.
